New Chinese Support for WinBrix® Refractory Software Thermoteknix have launched a Chinese language version of their WinBrix® Refractory software system. WinBrix has been designed in conjunction with many of the world’s leading cement manufacturers for managing cost, efficiency and performance of refractories and is installed in more than 100 plants. Based on a clear graphical display of past and present refractories, and a step by step wizard to simplify and speed data entry, WinBrix enables bricks and castable to be selected based on comparison with past performance, price, or suitability. It analyses production and produces clear management reports and charts for purchasing, planning and installing all refractory types. With WinBrix®, engineers can give “What” “When” “How” and “Why” reports for full accountability. Fuel changes, stoppages, clinker production, drilling and lining thickness are entered in minutes, saving the plant days and money.
