WinBrix has a picture based, user friendly interface incorporating “Point
and Click” data entry to get you up and running fast. Fuel changes,
stoppages, clinker production, drilling or lining thickness are entered in
minutes. On-line ‘Tip’ and Context sensitive ‘Help’ are there to assist you at
every step and to see the results you can choose from tables, 2D or 3D
graphs at the click of your mouse.

WinBrix® Refractory Expert creates installation charts instantly with
materials and their performance shown at a glance. No more laborious hours
entering data or drawing paper installation records. Lining charts,
performance charts, refractory service, production, predicted brick life and
much more!
Installation Planning
WinBrix works the way you work. Before a
shut down you can create multiple plans for
your proposed replacements, check on
availability of materials and compare the costs.
Try out different lining plans and installation
methods and compare the results with your
budget and stock. When the actual installation is
done, simply click the button to install the plan
and your new lining chart is created
automatically.
Centralised Database
WinBrix contains a huge database of standard
ISO, ASTM and VDZ brick sizes as well as a large
amount of pre-entered data on Brick and
Castable materials. Prices, indications for use,
densities, cautions and notes for optimum
methods of installation are shown at a glance.

WinBrix incorporates data from a wide variety
of external applications directly into its
database. Photography, spreadsheets, graphs,
reports, CAD, shell scan images and data can all
be displayed.
Analyse, Report and Export
WinBrix prepares the data automatically for you
to present professional reports. Use the built in
report generator to see stock levels, clinker
production, cost comparisons for planned
stoppages or ‘What if?’ analyses. Alternatively,
you can export the data you need to your
preferred spreadsheet or word processor to
incorporate in your management report or
purchasing requirement. WinBrix data can also
be exported directly into WinCem® kiln shell
scanner software for temperature correlation.
