PA and Office/Admin Manager
To support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth running of the administration department and Company facility:
You will be an experienced PA with initiative and used to taking responsibility for a busy admin team.

• Secretarial support to the MD
• Diary Management
• International Travel booking
• General administration, working with sales, admin & production departments
• General facilities responsibility
• Knowledge of SAGE accounts useful

In-house Sales and Technical Support Assistant
To support the international sales managers with first customer contact and follow-up sales and service. You will be customer focused and have good technical and IT skills. Sales experience is preferred, but not essential.

• First point of contact for new telephone and internet enquiries
• Customer contact in the absence of Sales Managers
• Originating quotations and maintaining sales data
• First level technical support to customers
• Maintaining marketing and exhibition information with Marketing

A proven track record of successful international sales and experience of direct and agent led business. Well organised, with excellent presentation, communication and PC skills, you should have a good engineering or technical background. Travel will be required with sales trips typically lasting up to two weeks at a time. Enthusiasm and ability to work well in a team are essential. Foreign languages are an advantage.
